As it’s not always easy to coordinate an event when you’re miles away, you might need an occasional help in this process: our wedding concierge services would be perfect for you!
What’s the difference between wedding planning and wedding concierge services?
The content of the services is the same but the main difference is that you can have access to our wedding planning services when you need them and don’t need to hire a wedding planner for the whole mission.
You can benefit from the help of a wedding planner whenever you need it!

Our goal is to bring you advice and expertise to help you set up your wedding in France in the best way. It’s not always easy to communicate with people when you don’t speak the same language or when cultures are quite different, and the result is sometimes different from what you expected. Our mission is to help you get what you expect for your wedding.
– Advice to help you coordinate your wedding –
Wedding set up: how to find the right reception venue, how to check that everything is included in the catering offer I’ve received, etc…
Wedding reception: what table set up would be optimal for your reception dinner, what time schedule would be best for your reception, how to be sure everything is ready for the wedding reception, etc…
Symbolic ceremony: how to choose the right set up for your ceremony, list of vendors needed for this type of ceremony, how to handle plan A/plan B for the ceremony, etc…
– Occasional help in the coordination upfront –
Phoning: because of the language or of the time difference, it’s not always easy to contact French vendors. Our wedding concierge in Paris could do it for you and send you a report.
Ideas for your wedding: we’ve been setting up weddings in Paris for 10 years, so we have a lot of ideas and can bring you complementary ideas or help you give a « French touch » to your wedding.
Office work: If you don’t have time or expertise to build set up schemes or time schedules for your wedding reception, we can elaborate this kind of documents for you.
Venue search: our wedding concierge can find venues for your wedding reception.
Vendor search: we have a broad list of vendors in Paris and around, so our wedding concierge can find the perfect vendors for your wedding.
Other examples of services: Management of the transportation and/or accommodation of your guests, On-the-day coordination, …

– How does this service work? –
We communicate with you by e-mail, phone or Skype. We adapt our appointment times to your location in the world.
If you are planning to come to Paris, we can also arrange to meet at your hotel.
– Our fees –
Depending on the type of help, the fees of our wedding concierge services are calculated per hour or per mission.
Our fees start from €65 (incl. VAT) for 1h of advice.
